Rates are based on double occupancy (2 people) unless otherwise specified.
A minimum stay of 2 days is required for weekends, holidays, and special travel periods.
Additional guests can be accommodated for an extra $35 per person. Families are welcome!
Rates include a bountiful gourmet breakfast, complimentary beverages.
Please note that rates do not cover a 13.33% villa tax. Additionally, a 9.85% Sales Tax will be added to retail purchases, dinners, or gratuities.
Check-In Time is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., or by prior arrangement.
Check-Out Time is at 11 a.m.
Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets.
Smoking is restricted to the villa balconies.
For emergency travel cancellations, optional travel protection is available for purchase. Emergency situations, supported by documentation, occurring before the reservation date may be eligible for cancellation (subject to travel protection providers approval).

Generally, weekends require a minimum stay of two nights, while holidays may require a minimum stay of three nights.
Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date, with a deduction of a $25.00 cancellation fee per villa. For bookings involving multiple villas or lasting 5 days or longer, a 30-day notice is required for a full refund, minus the same $25.00 per villa cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 15 or 30 days of the arrival date (depending on the booking) will result in full charges for the villa.
50% of the total charges will be charged to your credit card on the day of booking, with the remaining balance charged 15 days before your arrival. For single-night bookings, bookings of 5 nights or more, or bookings involving multiple villas, the full villa charge will be processed at the time of booking. If the booking is made within 15 or 30 days of the arrival date, the full villa charge will be processed immediately.
